This basement transformation was a complete custom build from start to finish.

When we first walked into this space, there were only two framed walls — everything else was unfinished. Our team handled the entire build-out, creating a fully functional living space designed for comfort, entertainment, and craftsmanship.

We framed all the walls, ceilings, closets, and bathroom, and incorporated custom woodworking throughout — from the shoe cubby and storage built under the staircase, to the custom cabinetry in the bathroom and walk-in closet. Every element was designed and built to fit the exact needs of the homeowner.

The finished space features Homecrest navy cabinetry in the bar area paired with a brick backsplash and a stunning marble waterfall countertop. Ceiling beams, a stone fireplace, and herringbone LVP flooring tie everything together, bringing warmth and character to the room.

This project was about more than finishing a basement — it was about crafting a completely custom living space that feels like an extension of the home above it.
