This project completely transformed our client’s outdoor living space.

We built a brand-new covered patio addition featuring a fully framed hip and valley roof that ties seamlessly into the existing home. Every angle and connection was carefully calculated to ensure proper alignment, structure, and drainage — blending new construction with the original roofline for a clean, cohesive look.

Underneath, we installed vinyl soffit ceilings, recessed lighting, a ceiling fan, and full gutter integration to complete the space and make it as functional as it is beautiful. This design adds year-round usability while providing a comfortable, shaded area for entertaining or relaxing outdoors.
